Kaitlyn came to the Netherlands back in 2018 to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. After graduating, she joined HRC in January 2023 as a Junior Career Consultant and has since progressed to her current role as a Visa & Quality Control Specialist. Passionate about international career development, she enjoys assisting young hospitality professionals in navigating the J-1 visa process and achieving their goals of training in the US. Working closely with her team, Kaitlyn is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and successful journey for each candidate.
